Zanolli recommends creating a fragrant and personalized environment, changing the fragrance according to mood or seasons. The "Haussmann" lamp is inspired by the architect Hausmann, who redesigned Paris marking the transition from a medieval city to a prestigious capital. Boulevard and avenue flourished, the Champs Élysées were born. The lamp recalls the rich and highly worked style of the architect.
The Lampe Berger catalytic lamp is an element of decoration and design, and is capable of purifying and perfuming the air of indoor environments thanks to the "burner", consisting of a stone catalyst that allows combustion. The catalyst inside is divided into two areas, one that absorbs any type of foul-smelling particle and prevents its regeneration, the other to preserve the quality of the perfume. For its purifying properties, it is therefore perfect for improving breathing in the event of a cold. Closed in a room, kept on for about half an hour, it purifies the whole environment. The catalysis lamp is sold with its accessories: wick burner, criss-cross mounting, stopper and funnel.
The operation of the lamp is easy: with the small funnel supplied, it is possible to transfer the liquid from the bottle to the lamp. It is good to leave two or three fingers from the mouth to allow oxygen to circulate inside. Continue by inserting the wick (consisting of a string), which must be impregnated with the liquid. It is necessary to wait about 20 minutes for the cord to absorb the liquid. At this point the lamp can be switched on and in about two minutes the catalyst stone will turn red; after which it is possible to blow to extinguish the flame. Inside the package there is a hood to be positioned, at this stage, to protect the stone; at this point you can let it run for as long as you like: the advice of Maison Berger Paris is 30 minutes for a space of 12 m². To turn off the lamp you must remove the air thanks to an additional cap supplied. The next time you won't have to wait for the cord to be soaked because it will already be. It will be sufficient to limit yourself to lighting the flame and follow the procedure from that step onwards. If you do not intend to use the lamp for several weeks, the burner must be removed, and must be replaced after using it over 200 times (or every year). To clean the burner of the catalytic lamp, before moving on to a new fragrance, the essential neutral perfume must be used. The intensity of the fragrance can be adjusted by diluting it with the essential neutral perfume. If perfumes other than those of Maison Berger are used, the burner can be seriously damaged.
