I ordered some splendid glasses and they arrived packaged very well with great care, especially the gift box, with paper bows, sticker and card, beautiful!

We purchased some wedding favors for our son's graduation. We are very satisfied with the accuracy of the packaging of the bags which are even more beautiful than those photographed on the site. The silver object is also very beautiful. Mrs. Cristina was very kind and made sure to call us before making the packages.

After many years of use I had to replace the feet of a KARTELL ladder. As soon as I confirmed the order, Zanolli Customer Service in Brescia was very efficient and kind in having a new set of feet delivered to my home in Milan; and following the defect found in one of them to have another one sent to me immediately as a replacement. I therefore declare my satisfaction with the service obtained.

I placed an order paying for fast delivery. The product should have arrived on Friday and arrived on Monday (practically the time of standard delivery which is free). Tip: Don't rely on fast delivery. Personally, first and very last time.

I ordered multiple products on multiple occasions and I always encountered kindness, patience and a lot of courtesy from Morgana 🙂 (maybe there was also someone else, but unfortunately I don't remember another name 😓 sorry). I highly recommend the company, except that you find products for all tastes and wallets 😉

We are Adriana and Tiziano…. after wasting time in our area looking for "favors" for our 50th wedding anniversary, we went to their shop and in no time at all we found everything we were looking for, with the precious collaboration of Federica. Called back the next day to add an article, with great amazement and happiness they wrote to us that the missing piece would be given to us as a gift.
