My wife and I celebrated our fiftieth wedding anniversary. On this occasion we wandered around online together to choose a memory to leave for our children and relatives. We had no doubts in ordering a photo frame with attached confetti etc. I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by phone to point out a couple of mistakes on my part such as choosing the wrong color for the confetti (silver instead of gold). Once we received the package, the care with which the favors were placed with a sort of rigid cap to protect the bow and confetti, bubble wrap, a lid in which to place the favors, well, I was already saying the care was a spectacle. At this point we opened the box and here is our satisfaction. A truly beautiful, well-finished frame. Lastly, the memorandum card of the event with our dedication. Compliments to Zanolli and Crisitina who, I hope, reads us. You have helped to complete and make our pleasant anniversary even more serene and happy. Beppe and Daniela

Great experience, both for the products purchased and for the always courteous and professional contacts. After receiving my order and finding that a piece was broken, after the communication, it was promptly replaced, received just today after only two days, considering that I live in Sardinia!
