We purchased some wedding favors for our son's graduation. We are very satisfied with the accuracy of the packaging of the bags which are even more beautiful than those photographed on the site. After many years of use I had to replace the feet of a KARTELL ladder. As soon as I confirmed the order, Zanolli Customer Service in Brescia was very efficient and kind in having a new set of feet delivered to my home in Milan; and following the defect found in one of them to have another one sent to me immediately as a replacement. I therefore declare my satisfaction with the service obtained.

I placed an order paying for fast delivery. The product should have arrived on Friday and arrived on Monday (practically the time of standard delivery which is free). Tip: Don't rely on fast delivery. Personally, first and very last time.
