I bought a Carrillon, FANTASTIC!! Fantastic staff. Mrs. Morgana assisted me until the end and was always available to solve the problem with the courier, always with great kindness and availability. Nothing to say, very satisfied, site absolutely well done and easy to use. I had a small problem with the delivery but this was not their problem but with the courier company.

Great experience with the online store! The perfect packaging, the statuette even better in person than on the site, the possibility of choosing the color of the bow and the package with or without confetti is convincing. After having had problems with the wedding favors with another shop, which was unable to do anything to make up for the shortcomings, in just 2 days I found the solution from Zanolli: wedding favors ready in 2 days!!! Excellent!!!
Really beautiful and quality objects! Professionalism, accuracy and courtesy. Craftsmen like you don't find anymore. I had 50 names engraved on a trophy and the result is spectacular!!
