I was very pleased with the tie bar I ordered, both for the engraving and the quality. This is my first time ordering from them, and I'm very pleased with everything: the packaging, the attention to detail, and the speed of delivery.

Purchased online as a baptism gift, pleased with the engraving and the speed of production and shipping. I was less pleased with the little box the silver spoon came in, not so much on the outside as on the inside, which I found a bit flimsy (cardboard with two holes to hold the bow; I would have preferred something more elegant or made with more refined materials). Overall, however, a good experience.
