Features of the pressure cooker.
The lid has a metal tab that allows for correct positioning. The newly designed edge of the pot allows for very simple closing, and when this happens you can hear a click, and a colored indicator in the handle changes from red to green. Only from that moment does pressure begin to build up inside it.
"Vitavit Premium" has three cooking levels, a delicate one for more refined dishes such as vegetables or fish; a faster one for meats and stews; the third steam without pressure, in which it is possible to look, mix and season the food inside.
With the traffic light indicator it is safer to cook, when there is the yellow color it means that can turn up the heat; when it is green it means that the set temperature has been reached and the cooking time begins; when the color is red the temperature is too high.
The handle is ergonomic with an eyelet, even safer even with wet or damp hands, furthermore the handle is removable, which makes this pressure cooker easy to clean and to be stored, it can in fact be stacked.
The CookStar base of the pan is suitable for all hobs. The pot heats up quickly and evenly, so you save energy.
A practical fill level indicator inside the pot indicates the minimum and maximum amount of liquid.
