If no one is found for collection even the second time, the parcel can be collected from the warehouse at the closest office to you or a third delivery can be scheduled by contacting us. You can't request it, however, if the item has been personalized with engravings and/or non-removable personalizations and for items made by hand (sugared almonds for packaged favors) and/or custom-made.
