Orders and payments made by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery, completed by 03:00 PM, are normally shipped within the same evening, or within 24 hours if the item requires an engraving or more complex processing. For purchases with payment by bank transfer, the shipment takes place once the payment has been received. If you have multiple products in your cart with different delivery dates, the order delivery date will be the earliest. This date is highlighted in the order confirmation that we will send you by email.

In Italy, they are generally delivered within 24/48 working hours from shipment, which we will notify you with a status update email. The packages are packed in such a way as to ensure the integrity of the package and its contents. For shipments to the islands, the south or peripheral locations, delivery can also take place in 72 working hours. For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the country but in Europe, it takes 3/5 working days on average. Our couriers are Bartolini, Gls and FedEx.

You will receive an email for any change in progress so you will know exactly when your order is being prepared and when it will be delivered to the courier or ready for collection in the store. If you are a registered user you will also find all this information in your profile on the "my orders" page. Once the goods are entrusted to the courier you will receive an email to be able to monitor your shipment through tracking and verifying the delivery date. Make sure there is someone ready to pick up the package as a signature is required for pickup. With some of our couriers, it is possible to change the delivery day independently from their web page. We are working to make this service available for all shipments.

No, it is not possible to give a timetable to the courier. If the courier does not find anyone at the designated delivery address, he will come back the next working day. If no one is found for collection even the second time, the parcel can be collected from the warehouse at the closest office to you or a third delivery can be scheduled by contacting us. After the third failed attempt, the package will return to our office.

The additional notes that you can find at the bottom of the cart are for this. If you deem it necessary, you can give us indications on the packaging, for example requesting to put more products in a single gift box or combine a product with sugared almonds or indicate the desired position for your engravings. If possible, we will follow the instructions you have indicated, otherwise, we will contact you for an alternative suggestion.

You can make the return within 14 working days of purchase subject to authorization by email from customer service. You can't request it, however, if the item has been personalized with engravings and/or non-removable personalizations and for items made by hand (sugared almonds for packaged favors) and/or custom-made.
