I bought some high-quality porcelain at an affordable price online at this prestigious store. The delivery was fast by courier and the package was packaged very carefully. Unfortunately a small cup of tea, for clerical error meter, was not the chosen decor, while corresponding to the brand and model level. Promptly advised by me, they immediately proceeded to a new and immediate delivery of the right product by courier, obviously without further costs on my part and without a request to return the wrong cup. Example of genuine customer care, high fairness and professionalism and exquisite courtesy. I discovered a nice shop and full of proposals for class gifts, to become a true landmark.
