The package arrived perfectly packed and as it is a gift, they have created a very refined package with a bow that you can choose during the order. The price included also the greeting card. The package arrived even before the deadline. Congratulations to all the staff.
First order and I had a great time. I needed to make a gift and I only had 2 days, Zanolli's customer service was kind enough to meet me to find the best solution, they also gave me a Priority delivery that allowed me to have the chosen product (with engraving, ticket and bow) the following day. They followed me with messages step by step until they were delivered.
