I received the package with my order and inside it I found a card printed with "Thank you (...) this order has been carefully packaged by ..." and then the handwritten signature of Ms Adriana .. . I magically felt "a person" and not just "a click": with this simple and precious detail Zanolli argenterie has found a way to overcome the anonymity that pervades e-commerce and make me feel "a pampered customer", exactly as it can happen in a shop.
