Customer service is nothing short of GREAT! Elisa helped me a lot, always kind and helpful, answering emails even on holidays (not everyone!)! The shop has a wide choice and the artisans who deal with the engravings find a way to satisfy the customer's requests! Absolutely recommended !!
Beautiful shop
On December 1st I placed an order at the Zanolli Silverware for the purchase of two items in the catalog. On day 3 they were delivered to me by the TNT courier, very well arranged, as fragile, and carefully packaged for the Christmas holidays. It was a very positive experience; the company was reliable, diligent and worthy of merit. I'll be back to buy from the same!
