1. Right of withdrawal

Zanolli recognizes the possibility of returning the products within 14 days from the date they are received, as provided by the art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments. There is no right of withdrawal for retailers and individuals with a VAT number.

Conditions

To make the return it is necessary that:

• The products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing or assembly, with their original box and / or bags, labels, instructions and all the material that was included. They must be therefore in the same state in which they were purchased.
• The products must have no deadlines, no customization (for example with engraving or other) and they mustn't be non-catalog items ordered upon request.

Instructions

• Send an e-mail to servizioclienti@zanolli.com where the return is communicated, quoting name and surname and order number and waiting for confirmation. Alternatively the customer can send a registered letter with return receipt to ZANOLLI srl, via Ancona 64/66, 25125 Brescia
• Properly pack the goods so as to guarantee the integrity during transport.
• Write externally to the package: Name, surname, address of the sender
• Send the package by post or courier according to your preferences. We recommend a shipping service with tracking as the sender will be responsible for any damage, non-delivery, delays. Return costs (shipping / packaging) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, Zanolli, after an inspection, will refund the value of the returned goods (including the shipping costs of the outward journey, if incurred, if the entire order is returned). The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

Zanolli also offers pickup with your courier. If you would like more information, please contact our customer service . A contribution will be requested for this service.

Note:

• If promotional codes have been used in the returned order, they will no longer be reusable.
• With partial refund, only the value of the products will be refunded.

2. Faulty goods (just received)

Zanolli checks the products before sending them, but if you find defects in the product within 10 days of receipt, please contact us to point out the problem in order to assess whether it can be resolved without return. If it is necessary, Zanolli, in most cases, will make a withdrawal with its own courier.

Conditions

• In the case of used products, they must be cleaned before returning, otherwise they will be returned to the sender.
• With certain products it is possible that it is necessary to contact specific assistance / collection centers located throughout the area. In this case the customer will directly solve the problem with the product manufacturer / supplier.
• Products whose problem requires verification by the supplier / manufacturer are excluded. In this case, see point 3.
• It is important to install, repair and use the product by carefully following the instructions to avoid damaging the product or incurring accidents.

Instructions

• Send an e-mail to servizioclienti@zanolli.com where the name and surname and the order number are communicated and describing the defect found. Looking forward to the answer. You may be asked to send photos, videos or a description of the problem encountered.
• If it is necessary to return the defective product, once received a written confirmation of acceptance of the return, properly pack the goods in order to guarantee the integrity during transport.
• Write externally to the package: Name, surname, address of the sender
• Within 7 days of receipt, Zanolli, after an inspection, will contact the customer informing him of the replacement, repair or reimbursement of the value of the returned goods (including the shipping costs of the outward journey if the entire order is returned) . The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

Note:

• If promotional codes were used in the returned order, they will no longer be reusable.
• With partial refund, only the value of the products will be refunded.

If, after returning, you receive no updates within 14 working days, please contact customer service .

3. Warranty products

All products purchased on Zanolli are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty for 24 months from receipt of the goods. The guarantee will be applied to the product that presents defects of conformity and / or functioning not found at the time of purchase. If you have just received the product, see point 2. Defective (just received) products.

Conditions

• Products whose problem is due to wear and / or deterioration such as batteries, refills of pens, notepads, food products, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
• The guarantee is not applied in the event of incorrect installation of the product, poor maintenance, abuse or negligence, incorrect and / or fraudulent use of the product, alteration of the same or unauthorized repair attempts.
• The guarantee is personal, therefore applicable to the original purchaser.
• Any item repaired or replaced under warranty will also be covered by the warranty for a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original product.
• Any repair costs for items not subject to warranty will be communicated to the buyer in advance. The consumer will then be able to decide whether to have the item repaired or to receive it without it being repaired.

• If the manufacturer / supplier confirms the warranty for the defect found, we will proceed with replacement, repair, or voucher of the value of the product. If it is not possible to repair or replace the product Zanolli reserves the right to propose an alternative of equal or greater value. Once the product is ready, Zanolli will send it.
• Zanolli also offers pickup with your courier. If you would like more information, please contact our customer service . A contribution will be requested for this service.

4. Submission errors

In the case of items sent incorrectly by Zanolli, please contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible without charge to the customer.

5. Returns for in-store items

The return procedure in the case of items withdrawn directly in the office follows the same conditions valid for returns of items sent by courier, with a single difference: there will be no cash reimbursement of the returned goods but yes will proceed with the issue of a discount coupon of the amount due.
