A pity I can only give 5 stars! I placed an order with engraving on 3/9 asking for delivery by 3/15. They immediately sent me an email to tell me that they couldn't guarantee it, but generally the orders arrive before the date indicated (in my case 14/3), therefore maximum consideration of the customer. But that is not all! The order actually arrived just 24h after placing it! Courtesy, kindness, speed and immense quality! Thank you so much ❤️

I was desperately looking for a music box/carousel for a baptism, and one that therefore didn't have Christmas songs: unobtainable in my part! (And a couple seen were unwatchable). Then doing a google search, Zanolli's page appeared and I found exactly what I was looking for. Horse carousel music box with silver inserts and "memory" music! Arrived ahead of time, perfectly packed, with gift box complete with everything. Marvelous! All perfect. The customer service is also prompt and present in responding. Congratulations for everything! Highly recommended :)
