Out of three baby food sets purchased, I had to ask for the third to be replaced due to an error, an unfeminine set. I called the company and Morgana, a wonderful person, trusting me blindly, even arranged a simultaneous exchange via courier. In two days everything was resolved: I have the female baby food set, Morgana was returned the male set! What to say....
We purchased two silver plaques, with the logo and a short text for the company's thirtieth anniversary, which arrived today. What to say? a PERFECT service! From the order to the creation of the plaques I was followed by Miss Morgana, very kind, precise in her answers and very available for clarifications and explanations. There are two plaques, registered to the two partners, and, once made, with a wonderful result, Morgana sent me the photos, which I passed on to all my colleagues, to see the final result. This is because they send the plates already elegantly packaged, complete with a note! I add the very punctual delivery, therefore I confirm and underline the truly excellent service, the Zanolli company for me is the top, highly recommended, a thousand stars for you!!
