Alba is the most appropriate instrument to serve, taste and at the same time celebrate the truffle: a mysterious and delicious product from Piedmont. The design of the Alba slicer, created by Ben Van Berkel / UN Studio, is inspired by the intertwining that is created between the precious tuberous fungus and the roots of the plant with which it lives in symbiosis. An absolutely new form, for a traditional instrument. A sculptural and refined object, but at the same time functional and ergonomic. Produced in 18/10 stainless steel, the sliced ??Products are the result of collaboration with the Centro Nazionale Studi Tartufo, the International Truffle Fair of Alba. The name of the object is a tribute to the homonymous city.
