Orders and payments made by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery, completed by 03:00 PM, are normally shipped within the same evening, or within 24 hours if the item requires an engraving or more complex processing. For purchases with payment by bank transfer, the shipment takes place once the payment has been received. In Italy, they are generally delivered within 24/48 working hours from shipment, which we will notify you with a status update email. If no one is found for collection even the second time, the parcel can be collected from the warehouse at the closest office to you or a third delivery can be scheduled by contacting us.
