For purchases with payment by bank transfer, the shipment takes place once the payment has been received. If no one is found for collection even the second time, the parcel can be collected from the warehouse at the closest office to you or a third delivery can be scheduled by contacting us. You can make the return within 14 working days of purchase subject to authorization by email from customer service. You can't request it, however, if the item has been personalized with engravings and/or non-removable personalizations and for items made by hand (sugared almonds for packaged favors) and/or custom-made.
