Description
Domestic flywheel slicer with large cutting capacity and with an aesthetic that is inspired by vintage models. Guarantees a perfect cut in a vintage design with high class finishes. The flywheel B3 has a 100cr6 steel blade, with a diameter of 30 cm and a circular cutting capacity of 19 cm. It allows to obtain a maximum slice thickness ranging from 0 to 2 mm. The concave shape of the blade caresses the product only in the cut point avoiding the alterations of taste and aroma.
