B2 is a hand-crafted manual flywheel slicer, ideal for those looking for class at home and on the table. B2 has small dimensions and its traditional design enhances all environments, the cut instead is perfect and the blade caresses the product only in the cutting point avoiding the alterations of taste and perfume.
B2 flywheel has a 100cr6 steel blade, with a diameter of 26.5 cm and a circular cutting capacity of 16 cm. It allows to obtain a maximum slice thickness ranging from 0 to 2 mm. Small size and small footprint; full flywheel; flat plate in technical polymer; plate advance and return system; built-in sharpener; slice thickness adjustment system; blade protection; easy-to-remove tray, pick-up tray and sharpener for cleaning.
