Description
Traditional flywheel slicer that relives the myth of the historic "Berkel Rosse Serie 1898". Slicer made for professional use and suitable for all types of cured meats, it is built in painted aluminum with stainless steel details. The B114 flywheel features a German "100cr6" steel blade, with a diameter of 31.9 cm and a circular cutting capacity of 21.5 cm. It allows to obtain a maximum slice thickness up to 1.5 mm. The concave shape of the blade caresses the product only in the cut point avoiding the alterations of taste and aroma.
