New manual espresso coffee machine with coffee grinder for true connoisseurs, ideal for obtaining a drink with an enveloping aroma and intense flavor starting from the choice of beans up to the moment of extraction.

• The main features :
• Homogeneous grinding capable of preserving the aromas thanks to conical stainless steel grinders, which allow you to set the grinding up to a superfine level.
• Possibility of removing the upper grinder for convenient and thorough cleaning.
• Double Thermoblock heating system. One dedicated to the coffee circuit and one to the milk circuit (ensures that the steam function is always ready after dispensing the coffee).
• Filter holder with a diameter of 58 mm and steam wand, both in stainless steel.
• Pressure gauge to check that extraction occurs optimally according to the espresso parameters.
• From the main menu it is possible to choose between two pre-set grinding options (for the preparation of a single or double espresso), and two dispensing options (to prepare one or two cups of coffee).
• From the settings menu it is possible to select the preferred pre-infusion profile among 4 different profiles (short pre-infusion, standard, long, progressive) and between 4 extraction temperature levels.
