Storing, opening, pouring, conserving and refreshing: these are the actions that are carried out when we hold a bottle of wine in our hands. For each of these actions is combined an element of the Noè set, designed by Giulio Iacchetti. The Noè cooler is large and thanks to a series of housings on the upper edge, it can hold up to five bottles of wine or two magnums. This type of cooler, though present in the Italian Renaissance tables as documented by numerous paintings of the period, derives typologically in its contemporary version from the Vasque of the French oenological tradition.
