Orders and payments made by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery, completed by 03:00 PM, are normally shipped within the same evening, or within 24 hours if the item requires an engraving or more complex processing. If no one is found for collection even the second time, the parcel can be collected from the warehouse at the closest office to you or a third delivery can be scheduled by contacting us. You can't request it, however, if the item has been personalized with engravings and/or non-removable personalizations and for items made by hand (sugared almonds for packaged favors) and/or custom-made.
