Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 “ Code regarding the protection of personal data , we inform you that the company Zanolli S.r.l. processes the personal data you provide (Interested) and freely communicated to the same by entering the address e-mail in the appropriate field at the internal section & ldquo; Newsletter & rdquo; of the web site www.zanolli.com . The company Zanolli S.r.l. ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and personal data protection rights.
1. Purpose of the processing of personal data (Article 13 paragraph 1, letter a Legislative Decree 196/2003)
All personal data communicated by the interested party are acquired in compliance with the laws in force and are processed for:
- the insertion in the registry and in the databases company IT;
- the registration to the newsletter .

2. The methods of processing personal data (Article 13 paragraph 1, letter a Legislative Decree 196/2003)
The processing of personal data takes place at the operating headquarters of the company Zanolli S.r.l. and if necessary, with the subjects indicated in paragraph 4 , using computer media, both by telephone and electronically, including through automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data, with the observance of every precautionary measure, which guarantees its security and confidentiality. All according to the provisions of the Attachment B & Ldquo; Technical Regulations on the subject of Minimum Security Measures & rdquo; under Legislative Decree 196/2003 " Code regarding the protection of personal data ; , in order to minimize the risk of destruction or loss of unauthorized access, of processing inconsistent with the purposes of data collection. Personal data, in accordance with Article 11 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, is processed lawfully and fairly; they are collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes; exact and updated if necessary; relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes of the processing. The data is also stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed.
3. Nature of the collection and consequences of any failure to provide it (Article 13 paragraph 1, lett. b and c Legislative Decree 196/2003 )
The provision of personal data by the interested party is optional for the purposes set out in paragraphs 1 and 1.A . Failure to provide the data will result in failure to perform the requested service, as well as its correct execution. The data is stored at the company Zanolli S.r.l. , and, if necessary, at the subjects indicated in paragraph 4 .
4. Communication and dissemination of data (Article 13 paragraph 1, letter d Legislative Decree 196/2003)
The personal data of the interested party, if necessary, may be communicated (with this term meaning the giving of information to one or more specific subjects):
to subjects whose access to data is recognized
from provisions of law, secondary and community legislation;
to subjects to whom the communication of personal data is necessary or in any case functional to the management of the site web in the ways and for the purposes described above;
to the collaborators and employees of the company Zanolli S.r.l. , in the sphere of the relative tasks and / or of any contractual obligations.
Specific and express consent will be requested if there is a need to communicate data to third parties not expressly indicated.
Personal data will in no case be disclosed, with this term meaning the giving of knowledge in any way to a plurality of undetermined subjects.
5. Holder of the processing of personal data (Article 13 paragraph 1, lett. f Legislative Decree 196/2003)
The Data Controller of personal data is the company Zanolli S.r.l.
As of today, Mr. Andrea Zanolli is the Head of Security for the processing of personal data and is available at the company headquarters Zanolli S.r.l. in Via Ancona 64/66 in Brescia .
6. Rights of the interested party (Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003)
The interested party has the right to access personal data.
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
- of the origin of personal data, of the purposes and methods of processing;
- of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
- of the identification data concerning the Data Controller and the Data Processors;
- of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, of Managers or Trustees.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
- the update, the rectification or, when interested, the integration of the data;
- the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
